Service & booking information

When you contact United Mobile RV LLC or book a service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, City/ZIP or location notes, and basic information about your vehicle and the issue. That information is submitted voluntarily by phone, SMS, email, or the booking form.

We use your information to schedule and perform the service you requested, quote trip fees, communicate about the appointment, and follow up on repair authorization. We do not sell personal information.

Booking forms may use a third-party form relay (Web3Forms) to deliver submissions to our inbox. Chat features, when enabled, send only what you type plus the fields needed to reach you.

Community forum

Our forum lets you sign in with a Google account instead of creating a new password. When you sign in, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture, and account ID with us so we can create your forum profile — we never see or store your password. We do not add your email to any mailing list or send you marketing email; it's used only to identify your account. We never sell or share your information with anyone. If you ever book and pay for a service through us, that payment is handled separately through Square's own secure checkout — your forum sign-in and any payment information are never linked unless you complete that transaction yourself.

We set a single secure, encrypted session cookie so you stay signed in. It cannot be read or used by anyone but our server, and it expires automatically after 30 days of inactivity.

Threads and replies you post are visible publicly to anyone who visits the forum, the same as any public message board. New posts and replies are automatically screened by an AI moderation tool (Cloudflare Workers AI) for spam, scams, and abusive content before human review; flagged content may be held from public view until a moderator checks it. We do not use forum content to train any AI model.

You can delete your own posts or ask us to remove your account by emailing us below — we'll delete your profile and disassociate or remove your posts within a reasonable time.

Retention & your requests

We keep service records as needed for the job and ordinary business records, and forum accounts/posts for as long as your account is active. To ask what we hold, request a copy, or request deletion, email [email protected] or call (616) 606-5277.

This staging page paraphrases the live site policy for the sales prototype. The production WordPress privacy page at unitedmobilerv.com remains the live legal copy if wording ever diverges.
